Shipping & Returns Information

FORMUFIT strives to ship your order as quickly as possible. Stock orders will be shipped in standard shipping times which are 2 - 3 working days. However, standard shipping times are not guarantees or promises that a product will ship on a specific day. If you wish to find out the expected date of shipment on a particular item or order, please email us at shipping@formufit.com  for expedited ship times, and we will respond immediately.

Our primary carriers are the United States Postal Service (USPS) and the United Parcel Service (UPS).  We also offer FedEx Ground Home Delivery as a new carrier option. 

Please review our shipping options and policies, and plan your purchases accordingly. Due to special package requirements we may not be able to ship products to certain areas or may be constrained on our shipping options.  

In the case of Furniture Grade pipe orders, or large orders in quantity, we are often required to ship items via UPS, rather than FedEx or USPS.  In these cases, should you choose an alternate carrier for your initial shipment and we modify your order to UPS, you will not incur an additional charges, and FORMUFIT will cover the cost.  There will also be no increase in transit times.

US Domestic Shipping

Our primary carriers are the United States Postal Service (USPS) and the United Parcel Service (UPS) and FedEx for Domestic United States shipping.   Please review their shipping policies and methods, and plan your purchases accordingly. Alternate Carriers or Special Handling

If you need to specify an alternate shipping method or some other type of special handling for your order, please email Customer Service at shipping@formufit.com for an immediate response.

Oversized or Overweight Shipments

Shipments whose dimensions or weight exceed our normal freight services are subject to additional charges and limitations that vary by product, location, and freight receiving facilities at the ship to address.

Rerouting

Packages cannot be rerouted once shipped for customer security and logistical reasons.

Special Shipping Offers

On occasion, FORMUFIT may offer special shipping options, such as free shipping over a specified dollar amount of your order.  Shipping for these offers usually defaults to the least expensive shipping product (normally USPS Parcel Post or UPS Ground).  Our special shipping options may supersede all other shipping policies.

International Shipping

You may use our standard checkout and select your international shipping options upon checkout.  We utilize the United States Postal Service and UPS for International Shipping.  Not all options are available for every country.

Important Information About Shipping Internationally:

• Even though the online shipping quote is provided by the USPS, UPS and FedEx, it does not include Value Added Taxes, import duties or taxes. We may not be informed of these additional charges until 10 days after shipment. Here at FORMUFIT we are constantly learning more about these taxes but we cannot be informed of all countries policies. We ask that you contact your local shipping depot or local government for tax and duty estimates for shipments coming from the US since these taxes or fees must often be paid to the delivery driver at the time of delivery.
• UPS and USPS do not include duties or taxes in the shipping quote on your order. The shipping charge on your order covers only the transportation costs.
• Transit times are also dependent upon clearing customs which can delay your shipment of shipment as well.

Shipping to Canada

UPS Ground Standard service to Canada usually takes 6 - 7 working days for transit and is the most economical. This service does depend upon size of the box and over all weight.  United States Postal Service options are also available and are ideal for small boxes under 5 lbs., but may take longer to ship.

Returns Information

Incorrect Shipments or Orders

If you receive the incorrect item you ordered (size, type, quantity, etc.), please notify us immediately at care@formufit.com and we will work to resolve your order immediately.   In most situations we will reship immediately to rectify the problem, at no charge to you.

Note: PVC sizes are not true to their actual given size dimensions.  Please be sure that you have ordered the correct size.  Please see our Technical Details section prior to contacting us.  If you have ordered the incorrect size we will work with you to get you the proper size fitting/pipe, however, additional shipping charges may be incurred.

Product Exchanges

For exchanges (incorrect size or type of product), please notify us via email at care@formufit.com and we will provide you with return information.  You will need to ship the item back to us, and once received, will be issued store credit under your account, which can then be applied to your exchange order.

If you need your items faster than the return-exchange policy above, you may notify us at care@formufit.com, place the order for the proper parts and we will refund the full amount to your original source of payment once the exchange has been received.

Undesired Items (prior to 30 days since purchase)

You can return any fittings, pipe or other accessory to us within 30 days of purchase.  There is a 10% restocking fee incurred and will be deducted from your refund once the returned items have been received.  All refunds will be deposited to the original funding source.   Contact us at care@formufit.com for further information, or use our online returns system.

Undesired Items (after 30 days since purchase)

Please notify us if you would like to return any items you have purchased more than 30 days previous.  We’ll work with you to try to refund or provide store credit.
